Orders and pricing

• Retail prices on this site are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• An order is confirmed when we accept it, not when it is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full.
• Prices and offers can change without notice. The price you paid at checkout is the price of your order.
• Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them. Natural materials and finishes vary slightly piece to piece.

Trade and wholesale

Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities are available only to registered, approved distributors and are not published on this site. Trade terms are agreed separately and in writing.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the courier. Our returns terms are set out on the returns page and form part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account details to yourself. We use what you give us to fulfil your order and to reply to you, and nothing else. See the privacy policy for the detail.

The TIEVERA name, logo, photography and copy on this site belong to us. Do not reuse them without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
