TIEVERA(ASAR ENTERPRISES) began with one complaint: that almost every tie on the shelf looked fine at 9am and tired by lunch. We set out to fix the part nobody photographs — the cut, the interlining, the finish.
What we make
Small batches, on purpose
Every blade is cut on the true bias. It costs more cloth, and it is the only way a knot sits straight instead of twisting by mid-afternoon. Interlining is chosen per fabric rather than per batch, so a narrow blade can hold a dimple without going stiff.
Each piece is slip-stitched along the spine so it can move and recover, pressed once by hand, and checked before it is boxed. That is slower than the alternative. It is also the whole point.
