How long it takes

Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays. Festival weeks run slower than usual across every courier in the country, and we will say so on the site when they do.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is picked up. You can also check it yourself on the tracking page at any time.

Before you order

  • Give a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel during the day.
  • A wrong or incomplete address is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery - check the pin code.
  • We do not deliver outside India at the moment. For an international order, write to us and we will tell you what is possible.
